私も２００９年３月から参加で７年と数ヶ月が経過しました。
本日の坐禅参加は２１名、受付はＨさん応援をＮさんと私（ビオラ氏）で行う。
飯台看はＮさん、Ｆさん、女性はＵさん
数息で１０まで数える様にするが、数回途中までで雑念がわく為
又１から数え直す・・・一体に、なりきるのは難しい
真っ直ぐ伸ばしていた背筋もいつのまにか、前屈みになる。
今日は和尚さんよりデジカメで坐禅会の様子を
動画で撮る様に依頼され
本堂と直堂での様子を立ち上がり撮影する。
いまいち使い方が解らないまま撮影したが
上手く撮れてるか不安だ？
さて
楽しみな斎坐（昼食）の時間
相変わらず美味しい精進料理8品に、満腹感。
不気味なほど閑寂な時間の坐禅中・・ひと～つ、ふた～つと自分の吐く息を数える。
外の車の音、鳥の鳴き声が聞こえる。自分自身を見つめる貴重な一時である。
