ハヤトウリが三年ぶりに収穫できた。
日本で初めて鹿児島に渡ってきたことからこの名前が付いたらしい
今年はぐんぐんと蔓がはびこり、瞬く間に
垣根を覆った。 早速収穫して
豚肉と味噌で煮込むと柔らかくできあがる。
甘みがありとても美味しいです。
