まさに大淀川、我が庭
朝のあいさつは、清々しいものです。
なかなか挨拶しなかった人とも、何時しか挨拶するようになる。
最近はボラ？が水面から飛び跳ねるのを観察しながら・・・スロージョギング
早いもので
あと２２日で一年になる、大淀川堤防沿いを今日も走る、朝から３０度近い温度
顔から汗がほとばしる、帰宅して鉄棒にぶら下がり
朝風呂が又いい
いつものパターンの１日の朝が始まる・・・・。
